This is a fitness boot camp that is focused on helping you accomplish your goals physically, so that you are better equipped and empowered to do the things in life that you have been called to do.

This is a fast and efficient, 45-minute, circuit style workout class that welcomes those at all levels of fitness. In this class, you will get a full body workout using hand weights, exercise balls and bands. We will also get that heart rate up with a little running and some cardio exercises, all of which you can do at your own pace! The workouts are designed to accommodate those of you who are just starting an exercise routine, and those who have been at it for awhile now. And don’t worry, you won’t be dragging sand bags or flipping tires in this boot camp class! Here you’ll find a positive and encouraging environment that will motivate you to keep pushing and achieving your goals.
