Whether it’s teaching a Sunday school class, singing in the choir, serving in the nursery, or helping in the Welcome Center on Sunday morning, there is a place for you to serve your church! We’re here to help you find a place to serve in your area of interest. There are many opportunities spanning every ministry with varying degrees of time commitment to fit your schedule.
Imagine what our families, church, and community would be like if we all took the time to do what God uniquely designed each of us to do in serving others. The ripple effect of each person making their unique contribution would result in a revolution of Christ’s love being felt in tangible, life-changing ways. Shepherds Ministry

Homebound Ministry

The Prayer Shawl Ministry
The Prayer Shawl Ministry meets the first Tuesday of the month from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Activity Center’s Craft Room 240. This is an ongoing ministry to provide warm, loving shawls made by praying women to other women who need God’s warm comfort in times of need. There is no charge for participating in the Prayer Shawl Ministry. The group meets from September through May.
Adult Sunday School

Chancel Bells
Chancel Bells is an auditioned adult handbell choir. This accomplished group rehearses each Wednesday morning, 9:00-11:00 a.m. in the handbell room. They lead in worship in a very unique and creative way. Email or call 251-342-5320 if you are interested
Greeters
Greeters are the personification, the representative, the exemplar, that is, the church embodied. Their very presence is the first living impression of the church body. For more information call 251-342-5320.
Sanctuary Choir
Sanctuary Choir rehearses each Wednesday evening at 7:05 p.m. in the Choir Suite. The choir prepares and sings a wide variety of anthems for Sunday worship services and various special services throughout the year. A highlight of the choir year is the annual presentation of This Is Christmas. The Sanctuary choir is open to adults of all ages. For more information email or call 342-5320.
Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry at Spring Hill Baptist Church encourages women of all ages to discover their their purpose and passion in Christ. We provide multiple opportunities for growing in Christ, making friends, and serving others in the community.
