HAVE QUESTIONS? WE HAVE THE ANSWERS!
Sunday school meets at 9:45 a.m and worship begins at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Our contemporary service is at 8:30 a.m. in the dining hall, and our traditional service in the sanctuary is at 11:00 a.m. Come join us in the setting you feel most comfortable.
At Spring Hill Baptist Church, we recognize that people matter to God, so people matter to us! We promise that you will find a warm, inviting atmosphere when you visit. You’ll meet many smiling faces and be welcomed into our community. Contact us ahead of time and let us know you’re coming or swing by the Welcome Center upon your arrival, and we’ll have someone meet you and personally show you where you’re going.
On your first visit, please park in one of our reserved guest parking spaces located in the parking lot off McGregor Avenue just north of our Chapel and Sanctuary buildings (adjacent to Bank Trust). There you’ll see signs directing you to the Welcome Center, where someone will be available to assist you in finding your place at Spring Hill.
Wear whatever you are comfortable worshipping in! Many will be dressed in their “Sunday best,” others will be dressed casually. It doesn’t matter to us what you wear.
Your children are important to you. They’re important to us, too. Safety and security are a primary concern when providing for our children – especially preschoolers.
On Sunday mornings, coordinators and their assistants are available to help children settle into a christ based learning environment. Our coordinators and teachers will assist you in finding the right class for your preschooler according to their activity level (crawling, walking, etc.) and birth month/year.
Beginning at 4 years old, children begin attending worship with their family. Several times during the year children grades K4-6th attend a special worship service during the Sunday School hour called The Tree House.
No! We want to create a comfortable environment for you to worship. If you are a guest, we won’t ask you to give money, we won’t make you wear a visitor badge and we won’t ask you to stand up (and stand out like a sore thumb!).
While we encourage you to fill out a very simple connection card so we can get to know a little about you and help you learn a little about the ministries available to you at Spring Hill, you can remain as anonymous as you’d like.
We are located at the corner of Old Shell Road and McGregor Avenue at 2 S McGregor Ave. Reserved guest parking is available in the parking lot off McGregor Avenue just north of our Chapel and Sanctuary buildings (adjacent to Trustmark), and additional parking is available on the south side of the building (Behind the Moorer library), as well as across the street at the Activity Center.
